Travel Visas

General Information:

Most international guests will need to apply for a temporary, non-immigrant visa to attend our conference. For complete instructions on applying for a visa, please visit the U.S. State Department website: http://www.usembassy.gov/. Here you will find a complete list of U.S. embassies around the world, to select the embassy nearest you.

It is highly recommended that you begin your visa application procedure before you register, to ensure ample time for the process. However, it is also fine if you prefer to wait until you have registered and paid your registration fees (this will allow us to confirm your paid registration in the visa invitation letter).  To request a visa invitation letter, please e-mail us (cercll@email.arizona.edu).
